PIlates nearly killed me today. If you will excuse me, I'll be napping until July.
Seder last night was really fun and while I managed to have a bit of everything served I did not gorge myself as in years past. We were a really small group, which was quite nice and for once the singing was actually quite good to listen to. And then I came home and was in bed at 10:30. I'm old and sensible and I...

Off to hear Mark Kurlansky talk about his new book The Big Oyster: History on the Half Shell at the Gladstone. Should be fun. Rodney's is doing the catering.
unsub:
Did you read the book?
semicynical:
I'm reading it right now. It's a bit disjointed, but full of good stuff.
Today's about:
Baking
Knitting
Walking about
Socializing
That sounds like a Sunday to me.

Work week's done. Managed to get out of there having crossed a lot of stuff off my list. It's nice to be home. I'm planning to do pretty close to nothing this weekend. Some Pilates. Some knitting. Some getting up close and personal with my sweetheart.
Should be a whole lot of great nothingness.

I did not quit my job (unfortunately at this point I can't afford to do so)
but yes, TH was somewhat involved (you have powers of perception it appears).....but it wasn't a hook up and a quick drop.

I'm in a strange place at the moment. Work is going well. Out of work is going well. With the exception of the pile of debt I'm in, things are generally good. My stress level is incredibly low for the first time in a long time. If I can keep that going for a while, I might just get used to it.

Woot! Just got back from seeing the Hidden Cameras at the Music Gallery. It was a really fun show. They gave out blindfolds to everyone and both the band and the audience were sightless for one song. It was delightful.
That sets April off to a good start. I have been so lazy recently about going to shows and I've missed a bunch I would...

Today is going to be both super lazy and super productive.
How will I achieve this, you ask?
I will leisurely make lists of things I want to eat this week and then I will leisurely do some grocery shopping and then some cooking.
At some point, I'll have brunch with friends.
Then this evening, I'm going to see the Hidden Cameras. Nothing in this...

So far, my new piercing and I are getting along marvellously.
Woot! New piercing.
Yay!
It feels just fine and looks really good.
Thanks to my friend Lenny for the moral support.

I'm figuring your letting your nipples heal so, where did your piercing?
Woot!
Okay, my jewellery's in (the store that is, not me) so I can go back to Passage tomorrow and get pierced.

Had to rush home from work this afternoon. My dog had shat explosively and I needed to get into a Hazmat suit in order to get him cleaned up. He was in no way fussed, but I must say, I've had more fun in my life.
