I'd tell you what I did, but I can't remember... Resulted in a broken collarbone, six weeks off work and a shit-ton of painkillers. For reference, I was in a bike park in Scotland and we suspect I sent it a little to big off a tabletop, bailed on the fall and sandwiched myself between the bike and the floor...
