I ate enough to be festively full!
Well I got back from my friends family in Georgetown a few hours ago. I have been doing that since 1999 when I didn't go home for Thanksgiving. As the year before, I got my first speeding ticket also the crowd of people on the road was too much for me to deal with again. We didn't play cards this year as most people retired early. So I followed suite and headed home.
But while there I enjoyed a new beer Piraat. Which I got in a sampler pack at Liquor Barn just to get bottle of Gulden Draak to drink. I first sampled the latter at the Brick Store Pub in Decatur, Georgia. It is a great place that I recommend to all to stop into.
But back to the beer, these two pack a punch as there are 10.5% alcohol so I recommend pacing your self if you try these.
I thought that Hoegaarden was good but the Piraat stuff might be better. I need to get more to consume for a taste test.
So am I getting up and going shopping tomorrow? NO
Tomorrows plans include: laundry, going through some boxes of junk, throwing out and/or recycling what I can. Then prepping some item for sale on eBay.
After that my weekend is pretty free although my friend Pondo might wants to meet for a late lunch or possibly dinner.
