He never talks back.
He'll do whatever you ask of him, no questions ask.
He'll laugh at your jokes
but inside
he's actually going crazy.. the way he looks at the world just doesn't make sense
he can't say it doesnt' make sense anymore because it never really did.. he's just now noticing it
wordless, in silence he sits next to you in the car
all he thinks about on the way home is how it's hopeless...
he looks out the window at this city he hates.. stupid fucking lifeless desert he laughs.. what's here, what's here?
he turns to you and says thanks for the ride.. never really looking you in the eye
he carries his bike up the stairs because he let his ex have his car
he really just wants to get in bed and cry
but he goes inside, cracks a beer, and types this out.
