I am sick for the holiday's. This is my second time being sick since moving to Las Vegas. I had a head cold last month but now I have flu like symptoms. My body aches and I am running very low on energy. I am so tired yet I can not sleep. At this moment I am laying on our couch watching my kitties play around the Christmas tree. Within 2 hours of putting up our Christmas tree they have knocked it over 3 times. Two of them are still kittens (they are the only ones terrorizing our poor tree) and this is the reason why I avoided putting any breakable or sentimental ornaments on it this year.
Living in Vegas is going well. Colin was hired into an amazing position at the MGM. His new job is not only great now but it also offers him a lot of potential to progress in the company. His job alone has made moving to Las Vegas worth it. I am very thankful for this opportunity. I have found that I am getting a lot of offers for work living here as well. I have started volunteering at a local animal rescue and even though I am new I have already found it be very rewarding.
I have decided to go back to being a redhead. I naturally have very dark brown/reddish hair. I have that having bold red hair looks the best on me, Now that I am in a position where I can maintain it better I will be returning to it. Maybe a bit darker then it was last year. I am going to now go take some Nyquil and try to rest.
