Preparing for our move to Vegas is exhausting. I am finding this move to be more stressful then when I moved from England back to the USA. Granted, from where we are staying at on the east coast is nearly as far to Vegas as it is to England. I am shipping most of our stuff but we are packing as much as we can into my car (2009 VW Beetle) which does not offer me too much space. I am beyond exhausted and I know I need to get rest at some point. I am leaving for Vegas tomorrow and I am driving the whole way (2600 miles) hence why I really need my sleep. Did I mention I will have all of my 5 cats in the car with me?? Ughh... they will be sedated but that wont last for the whole trip... this should be fun....

I remember when I sold off all my furniture and anything that couldn't fit into my packed car for a move from NY to Houston. My seat was pushed forward so far I could barely fit in and I had to drive in that position for 32 hours. (That's road time, not total travel time.) Great memories now but it was a pain in the back... er, butt, at the time.

Sad thing is, 5 minths later I was leaving TX to never look back and after a 1 year stopover in MO found myself back in NY. Hope your move turns out better than mine did.
