So it's Monday once again. I am going to be taking a chinese yoga class this week. What is chinese yoga exactly... I guess I will be finding out. I am hoping to incorperate this into my schedule a couple times a week or more.

My weekend? Oh god no...horrible. Didnt eat hardly anything, lots of tears..rowing with your lover is not nice at all and I couldnt be happy until Sunday when we patched it up.
This week has started fine though, I feel positive
