So, just cooked my first rib eye roast aka PRIME RIB. Turned out perfecto. This is why it is so hard for me to be a vegetarian.

Ya, gotta admit I'm an affirmed "meatetarian"
. I agree with him^^^, we try to buy local from people we know as much as possible. Better for the local economy too, especially here in an agricultural area.

Yeah there are a lot of different meats I'm sure I could give up, but I love a good steak every now and again.
