update:

Yeah so here is how that went.
I was so fucking excited to finally get going with this tattoo that I couldn't eat a thing yesterday, After some serious convincing the little lady got me to eat a sub, which I wolfed down like 20 minutes before i started the work.
Then mistake number two. I had a beer, and if you have seen the cooking show you know I drink fast. So 30 seconds and the beer is gone and we get to work.
I sit in chair and she starts tattooing me ten minutes later I'm unconscious on the concrete floor having what appears to be a seizure. I fell out the chair and face planted onto the floor during the tattoo. moral of the story. DO NOT FUCK AROUND WITH YOUR BLOOD SUGAR!!!
I spoke to a paramedic friend and he has assured me that i did indeed faint but did NOT have a seizure, despite the flopping around. "A Hypo Glycemic Episode" he called it.
