Why the fuck would someone have all that shit on them to loose to begin with?

Well other then the fact that I'm an IDIOT of course.

I made a trip out to New York last week to get my driver's license there. Why New York and not Massachusetts? Well it has a lot to do with excise tax, and breaks down something like this...

Sandwich - 2000 - 1986 Monte Carlo
Barnstable - 2000 - 1986 Monte Carlo
Sandwich - 2001 - 1986 Monte Carlo
Barnstable - 2001 - 1988 Cadilac & 00 Mercury Cougar
Barnstable - 2002 - 1988 Cadilac & 01 Grand Am

I have been arguing with two separate towns in Cape Cod about tax that I supposedly owe. The issues I have are simple.

Taxed in 2 separate towns for the same vehicle in 2000 (I did not live in Barnstable until 2001)
Taxed in 2 separate towns again in 2001 (I sold the monte carlo and moved to Barnstable)
Taxed for the Cougar (I only had the car for 6 days before the passengers side wheel fell the fuck off and I returned it to the dealership. They couldn't give me back the cadilac so I got the Grand Am.)
Taxed for the Cadilac despite having traded it in.

Now I am assured by county clerks in both Sandwich and Barnstable that if i can prove these discrepancies i will not be held responsible for the $1300.00 plus dollars I allegedly owe and all I have to do is PAY THE FULL AMOUNT AND FILE FOR A REFUND ABATEMENT. then in 4 to 6 MONTHS I should receive a check for the difference.


So long story short I intend to Scam New York out of a driver's license until i scrape up the cash to throw away on Cape Cod.

Now if I can just get Harvard to get there shit together and actually get my checks to me as opposed to me having to head down there to pick them up.

Oh go buy this.
