My crazy neighbor was at it again last night .... being really drunk and load at all hours of the night.

this neigbor just has no common sense .... she was walking around her place all night in heels or something on her hard wood floor. It was driving me insane trying to figure out what that damn clicking was.

she tried to unlock my door TWICE last night. i was super enraged. haha did you hear one part when the cops were talking and they were like 'OH I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS LOUD, HE WAS JUST LEAVING!!!'

HAHAHA i left perry this HUGE note about how loud she was last night, and how she is usually really disruptive like 2-3 times a week, and he phoned me and said he is going to look into it and then he came and knocked on her door and she wasn't home. you should complain too. let's get her ousted!
