I can't believe it's almost Christmas. This year has flown by, and I already have tonnes to look forward to in 2012 - most notably NYC, and seeing The Promise Ring in Chicago. Just over 2 months until that little adventure across the pond!
My beard is gradually getting back to normal, after the trauma of Movember. I'm glad to have the beard back, and it won't be going anywhere for a while!
With the end of the year around the corner, I've been trying to work out what my top 5 films of the year have been, but it's been too tough to call - with a top 10 much easier to work out. I'll probably do a round up of my favourite films next week, along with my favourite albums. All I will say is that if you get a chance to see Take Shelter, do it! It was incredible, if not a few minutes too long - but gave me goosebumps. It's so intense, and Michael Shannon is ridiculously good. The ending is especially awesome! It's up there with Drive as my favourite film of the year - and no doubt it's even in my list of favourite films of all time. It's been a good year for original films!
