yesturday i woke up feeling like crap( semi-sore throught, congested, achy) i took some stuff all day and only drank water (probally about a gallon or more) any who i finally started feeling better about 30 mins before i went to bed (4am) and who i woke up this morning and hacked up some nice phlemage along with some blood. oh yea i think i'm feeling like shit cuz since sat evening i have been smoking camels. and i dont normally smoke camels i smoke american sprits. so i its been hard trying to not smoke. and its times like things when i really wish i had quit when i said i was going to. ( like 2 years ago)
ps: i just saw hal sparks on VH1 wearing an SG shirt... yea i had to take a double take.
