YUCK! zits today 
had nightmares all night, woke up sick, still had to come to work. I wan't to go home and I'm tired. lately I have been such a harpy and I cant even stop it. it's like this evil harpy woman is living in my chest and I get mad and she just claws her way up my throat and out of my mouth and soon I'm saying stuff I didn't mean to say or in tones I didn't intend to use. 
this whole week needs a do-over.
