MUTHA FUCKA IMA KEEP STEPPIN'!!!
And it's runnnnnning time. Got great news today. in the form of being on the line-up of a bridge party that is being headlined by Car Stereo Wars (Think poor mans Girl Talk. They were a big deal in austin not really a fan though) annnnnnnnndddd maybe Flosstradamus, who I've seen like 3 times on their visits to Austin. They bring a crowd... Super stoaked. Shit goes down during Fun Fun Fun Fest... I have no clue when that is, but color me excited.
Even more awesome was an invitation by my favorite Austin Dj to spin with him on his awesome Saturday night spot. That one just makes me nervous though due to the fact that Saturday nights have had some legendary djs play with him. Klever, Swamp, Tittsworth. DJ Falcon did an ableton set there on Saturday that blew everyone's mind. I've heard from people that he was Blending somewhere between 4 and 6 tracks at a time and that the place went off big time. Not sure if I want to crash my friends night for fear of burning it to the ground.
I also have something lined up for the 29th. They want me to work out a set but I kinda like to attempt to read a crowd... It's more exciting to fly by the seat of your pants and see what happens. Dunno???
Pulled a pretty big trigger today. I didn't want to but, I think things are going to be better for everyone because of it. I hope.
