but in other news, i am about to get ready to go out to dinner with friends. we are going to red lobster. yay! cheddar bay biscuits are the best thing ever
wes' son has been acting up lately. i mean he has no reason to be bad, but he is. basically on his birthday (which was tueday) he felt that no one loved him-but he always says that when he wants his dad to come over. so we took him to chuck e cheese on his birthday. while there, after he used all his tokens, which wes spent 80 bux worth of tokens, while wes and i were eating, we noticed that levon kept asking kids/parents for tokens. ok, he is 11, he knows better. so we had to leave.
he went to school on wed, acted up, and the school called and asked us to come get him, and to not bring him back on thursday-basically get his shit figured out before we bring him back.
i mean seriously, he is really acting out. and we are both tired of it. he basically acts out so wes can come over and get him for the weekend. but its gotten to the point where he is not acting out because something is wrong, he is just doing it to do it. so we were supposed to get him today, and wes said he is going to go over and explain to him that by acting out, he is not going to pick him for the weekends,

You guys def need to stop rewarding him for bad behavior by coming over. Its hard being firm with a kid who's gone through tough things but its best in the long run. Good luck with it.
it sucks to deal with stuff like this....specially as a stepparent because its like "fuck man...i wasn't around when you all screwed this kid up..and now i have to deal with it" (ok thats really harsh and bitchy of me...but i've thought it a time or two...and then felt really bad.)
BTW when is your due date? hope you enjoyed the cheese biscuits....pretty much everything gives me horrible heartburn these days.
