i basically can't wait until st. patrick's day, or the southside parade actually...i was invited to march in it by one of my cousins in a local labor union and my son would be able to ride on the float. depending on the weather, i think he would love that. i am also going to stop bitching about living on the southside and stop wishing i lived on the north side...i have met some pretty interesting people out here lately, it just takes a little while longer to find them...i am actually trying to get a show together of contemporary artists who live and work on the southside...maybe do some things that are more community-based instead of wishing i was somewhere else...
