so i cancelled my shitty dial-up service since i never use it. this was like the 5th, so i fully expected them to charge me for this month, since they charge on the 18th, etc...
only they didn't. it's now feb and they should have charged $9.95 a couple weeks ago, and it hasn't happened.
what HAS happened is that $11.98 has randomly appeared in my account. what the hell? i don't remember making any deposits, and if i had it would have been even numbered.
the folks haven't secretly given me not quite $12 recently either, so until i get my balance on like the 25th of feb, i have to assume it's a glitch and it'll go away.
if it's not a glitch, what the hell is it?!!!
i also can't spend that $9.95 for a bit until i'm sure juno isn't going to try to screw me belatedly.

That's cool that you know the guy that wrote that. I thought it was really funny and a bunch of my friends on LJ took it too.
Personally, I'd go with Christopher Chance of "The Human Target" fame. Although, he's a tad expensive...
