was up early and went thai boxing and did some shopping and paid some bills.

ive got to be up early again tomorrow for weights and bjj.

i got real uptight at training tonight.
we was running drills in jiu jitsu and the guy who i was with kept grinding his elbow in my face while trying to choke me.
wasnt in the mood for that tonight. oh well.
got a thai boxing class at 1pm tomorrow and its also payday as well.
