well i had my annual measuiring up for a tux for a work do
i use it as the measuring stick of how my body is going
weight wise im normally around the 210lb mark and come to 195lb for bjj comps
im currently weighing in at 220lbs
the shop had my tux measurement from last year
im a fat boy now
my waist has gone from 34 inches to 36 and my neck has gone from 17 to 18 inches
my chest is still 46inches
im only 5,8 so im a short fucker





josh is doing amazing
hes on formula for 3-6 months old because the 0-3 months formual just wasnt doing it for him
