saturday tattoo and then watching the USC game somewhere. i may just watch it at home and invite a few friends over.... since anytime i watch it at a bar, i end up totally smashed and lost somewhere...
sunday pool party on my roof, hopefully Sash and Sharona will be able to make an appearance and the whole thing will just be a big SGHQ party (yeauh bitches i'm calling you!!)
things that i simply MUST do before mexico:
knotts scary farm
oktoberfest at the alpine village
SHOPPING
go to a USC game
adventure with Roach
hang out with my bestest friend in the whole wide world whom i miss terribly
go see my baby at my parents house
yeah i think i might just be able to accomplish 3 out of all of those
ive lived in LA my whole life and i feel like i havent really done much of any of the typical "LA" things like go to tourist attractions, museums, clubs etc.
i avoid the center of hollywood and beverly hills like the plague.
now that im going to move away i feel like i want to do some of the cliche things i always used to make fun of.
what's a guilty pleasure thing to do in your hometown? something that only tourists usually do but you secretly love doing as well?
i hate the popular beaches like santa monica and venice, but i do really enjoy spending the day shopping at both said locations. i hate being in a bathing suit, but if given the chance to just lay under a big beach umbrella i am totally into it no matter what beach it is. i HATE the freeways but whenever ive flown home from being away for longer than a few weeks i get a sense of nostalgia whenever flying over them. how lame is that?!!.... haha

I would recommend the LA County museum of Art .. the Norton Simon museum in Pasadena and the Museum of Science and Industry near the coliseum ...
