So I broke my right foot last night doc says foot to six weeks before I can do anything major with it. Interesting note I was suppose to test for my next rank in Martail arts next Saturday.
Also interesting note when I was 21-22 I had a non-movable brace on my right leg from my ankle to my uper thig for 18 months. for those of you who do not know that is 1 year and 6 months.
I feel traped and mad as hell.
