I get to work from home today! I love my home office! It is big and has my record collection, and my secretary tends to never call me. She is probably glad to be rid of me. Speaking of records,, I was given a great gift the other night by a friend: Every one of Robert Gordon's records, all of which are in VG+ condition. They are awesome. My mom is coming into town next weekend, and is bringing me all of my grandpa's old records. He loved Dean Martin. Two of my brothers are also coming, as well as my 8 month nephew that I have never met! I've just seen pics.
I've gotten a helluva lot done today, even though I been pokin' around the SG a lot too. It is nice to be able to work in shorts and a wife beater.
I might be doing some background vocals on the new Rounders album, if I can get up there in time on Sunday. They are getting together some folks to do the background vocals on a song about PBR that they play live all the time. I think they are going to try and capture the feeling of what the song sounds like in the bars they play.
