SO I have spent all weekend writing, with the exception of a few hours dedicated to working on my online radio broacast. It has actually been pretty nice in some ways, as I have been working on an article in my field with hopes of publication. Nothing like translating dead languages from ancient texts and trying to make it relevant. But this is what I am trained to do, so it is nice to at least use that training to do something besides administrative bullshit. Of course, I am tired of staring at the computer screen, so I am left asking why the hell I feel compelled to write in the journal at the moment. I may be stuck in Columbia a day or two longer than I had wanted to be, but I need to be back to Atlanta by at least Wednesday. I really wanted to be back for to see The Rounders tomorrow night, but that may not happen.
