So my girl has been offered a big raise by her company, but it requires a move away from Atlanta. to the Miami area. Damn, two serious girls in a row get job transfers. Hey ladies, if you want to advance in your career, I am apparently a good luck charm!

I think it is way too soon to start talking about altering life plans and ambitions for the relationship, so I really think she ought to take it. It'll suck, there aren't a whole lot of rockabilly chicks in Atlanta, especially ones like her.

Flying out to the big city of Tampa in the am. I am staying in this fleabag motel by the airport. Fortunately, I get to fly back out on Friday, but I am in Columbia, SC for about four days after that, which is worse than Tampa. Have you ever seen Columbia?

Of course, the college mascot here is a Cock, which is funny. I think all the rednecks running around with "Cocks" written on their hats are actually repressed homosexuals who are relieved they have some outlet to express their love for all things phallic.
