Things are still tough, will be for awhile, but I'm trying to stay positive.
It's been 7 weeks we've gone without a paycheck, so things are definitely tight, really there isn't anyone we can ask for help, but we're squeezing by. Unemployment in the state of CA is soooooo back logged so we just have to wait.
The job hunt, has been very slow, and there has been talk of him joining the military... But we're hopeful we'll find something that keeps us in California. I too have started looking and putting out general interest in a few jobs for when Xander starts school, which is also a huge issue.
On a great note I am here to report good news on my dad's fight with cancer... PSA is as low as it can be!! YAY and he also got an a-ok on some other follow ups they've been waiting on.
Keep our family in your positive thoughts and or prayers, I know we need it, I've been feeling down and I'm seeing the worry in Scott, so plz.
