We went to look at condos, they are all in the same community, their all nice, their all the same size, their all different prices!? Weird, I know, but that's Santa Cruz for ya! Applications will be filled out after we look at one tomorrow that is not in the same community, one we've wanted that had come on to the market then was taken off, then added again, we'll see I guess. I'm ready to move and yet not so ready. Wish we hadn't cut that cat door into the hall closet...Oops! Oh well, other than that we should get our whole deposit back, we always do. We've lived in buildings owned by the same company and they always tell us how clean we leave the places, and then they tell us horror stories that they've walked into. One family who used to live in this bulding had their whole deposit kept and then were billed $800!!! Dang that would be a nightmare!

I am so, so, so sorry I didn't get a chance to see you on this trip...I really wanted to. Things got hectic and we ended up getting all messed up when we were leaving...I also got sick on the car ride home
I do hope you can make it down to LA later this summer cause I would love to hang out with you! I hope all is well!
