Concerning the Razr: I currently do not have a cell phone provider, so I looked at TMobile's website... I could get the phone (with new plan) for $200.00-- I'm assuming you'll want more than that

probably not for awhile, unless you want to hassle with weekday traffic. I've offered to pick up extra shifts on Saturdays (my only weekend day off) for the next two weekends. I'm usually off Mondays and Tuesdays. if I wind up with a day off, I'll let you know, though.
