Right CBT was quite helpful, although, half hour is not enough, and I have 5 sessions left, so lots of hard work to do.
Feeling a bit off tonight, not sure why, I think it's a bit of loneliness mixed with being out of routine, my shift was longer than usual today and it usually puts me out.
I have '9' to watch tomorrow, I have the day off so that quite cool, I get to relax and do a bit of sorting out, I need to buy a set of new comic boxes and one simply isn't enough. I need to organise them all, and keep one in my room for the books I am reading.
Still writing away, re-adapting an old idea into something new, and I quite like it, it's a bit more nostalgic.
Played a good 3 hours of Star Trek: Online and I am quite enjoying, no idea what I am actually doing, but I seem to be completing missions, just need to get a fleet together. My crew is building, I'm customising them and hoping for the best. I have a Vulcan science officer, a Vulcan tactical officer, a human Engineer and an non descriptive alien engineer in training, I have yet to name her species.
Anyway, I am going ot make another cup of tea, and find something to do before bedtime.
