Sometimes it's good to go home...
Today as I started driving home to visit my parents, I realized a few things...
1) Life as we know it could end at any moment.. Yes, I realize, this is an obvious statement, but sometimes you just need it reaffirmed... I'm hurtling myself through space at 65 mph in a 2000 lb suit of armor and I can't see 20 ft in front of my face, and even if it weren't so foggy, it's raining so hard that my windshield wipers were set on "superspeed" and with the ADD, it was hard to keep attention on the road. Not only that, but when the car starts driving like crap and pulling to the ditch and the "check engine" light goes on... that's when Kitten freaks out...
2) $7.50 is so not enough for my services.. and when I say services, I don't mean bein' MisterSatan's ho.. I mean, costume rental, because that's the crappy temporary job that I got..
but I have to suck it up and take the damn job because there's just nothing else.. and even though I think that Seattle sucks, well... it still sucks..but not as much as I'd like to tell myself... and mostly the reason for SeaTown not suckin' as much as I'd like to think, is because of the amazing people that I've met here... in Seattle, on SG.. it feels like it's the people I know that give my life meaning.. the experiences I've had with them...
Man, I'm such a sap...
JVB got me all wet!
