BILLY JOE WINGHEAD PLAYS TULSA OK TONIGHT, so you fuckers that live in the area should come out this evening... Part of the Urban Tulsa's New Vo Music Showcase, we were asked to play this last year... We were told that while it didn't pay anything, we got the advertisment of the Tulsa weekly paper and plenty of "exposure" ... We declined, as most of our band members hail from OKC an hour and a half away, gas ain't cheap, and we could give a fuck about "exposure" ha ha ha... Well, this year it's at a bar that has taken care of us, we were able to work out an agreement that wouldn't have our guys diggin into their own pockets for gas, help the bar out and even get some of that "exposure" people are talking about...
This is gonna be a great show, we're gonna do some pope-ish shenanigans, holy water, cockroach communion, so tell yer friends....
