Why must pawn shops keep such odd hours?
it seems like no matter when i go theyre closed. pshhh.

basically today was the day I went out looking for a shiny (or old as hell beat-up) trumpet.
fifty bucks in cash, an old amp, crappy franken-strat, and a full arsenal of those annoying haggling tricks were at my disposal.
apparently the owner of the shop knew what he was in for.. saw it coming. so naturally he had to close.

Anyways. I'm getting ahead of myself. My name is Marshall. I'm quite new to SG (woowoot) but so far I like it here. You guys are all right. I'm from a little town in mid-Ohio, population roughly 9,000 strong!
..I'd like to think that in the event of a zombie apocolypse this would just increase my chances of survival.
not that I anticipate such things.. but back to my lame story ofthe day.

I'm starting a ska project with the drummer of my band Zunk. We're both pretty excited, as should you be too.
anyways I'll try to post here as often as I think about it, most of the time maybe you'll be able to follow me a bit better. (if you've made it this far, congrats.. i have a cookie for you in a creepy grey van parked down the block..)
