So I have been trying to teach myself the ins and outs of photography. I'm trying to get past the point of "wow, there is so much stuff I have no clue what to do" to "I enjoy just taking pictures". Don't get me wrong, I like just taking photographs for fun, but it is more rewarding when you look at the pictures you took and think, "damn, that's a nice shot."

If your a photographer and have any tips for a novice, I'm open to learning. I'm still getting used to using my new dslr.
