crap i missed sarah vowell. i just read assassinatin vacation. its EXTREMELY good and fascinating.
I'm not sure about sites in philly that have some creepy association with past US presidents and other politicians, but the Divine Lorraine had that cult association which I'm sure you know about... 12th or 11th sts housed former slaves as a part of the underground railroad ( and there is an informative historical marker on 12th i think)... lucretia mott lived near tyler on old york rd (also a marker there)...

Nate and Jill got married. Killer & I traded notes on who've we slept with there. There was a hipster wedding band and an afterparty. All my freefloating relationship anxiety sat next to me and had it out.
