Depression is a horrible thing, I had been going so well but for the past few days have felt flatter than I have for a very long time. It's horrible feeling this way and not even knowing why you feel the way you do. Nothing particularly bad has happened. Nothing that could excuse me feeling this way. I feel what I feel.

Feeling so much better today. A mate came and dragged me out of the house. Sometimes a firm kick in he butt is what is needed!
