Been kinda bummed lately.
Don't really know why. I suppose it could be my work. I was a teachers assistant in a classroom for kids who have severe and profound mental disabilities. Tough job, but rewarding. My new position is as a 1 on 1 assistant to the most difficult kid in the classroom and possibly school. Its pretty hard trying to help a kid that is pretty much non verbal. The extent of his verbal communication is obsessing on one or two things and talking about them non stop all day long. He also has bathroom needs, will cram so much food in his mouth he'll choke if he's not watched closely, likes to rip out peoples earings, break necklaces and watches, tear up books, and grab and break peoples glasses. So yea, i think i might be bummed about that... and loosing my mind.
Got a pretty bad crush on someone. Might not be a good thing, but i guess i'll just have to wait and see [: I do miss her terribly.. guess that could add to me feeling bummed. Trying really hard not to just fall head over heals for this girl, but she's super cool, and amazingly beautiful. Haven't felt this way for a while. Its nice to actually like someone again, sucks though when you don't get to see them often, and also sucks just not knowing whats gonna come of it. Patience scott, patience. Everything will come together one way or another over time.
Band has lots of shows lining up, so thats kinda cool, but i do sometimes want a relaxing weekend. Yea, i can be like an old man at times, ha.
Thinking about getting my own place to live. I like living with one of my best buds, but its getting to be about time for a move. Don't want to overstay my welcome, and it would just be nice to have some privacy. I think that if i live with someone again it will be with a significant other, if i ever have one of those again. A few places have opened up around here, and people keep telling me about places opening up for rent. Just seems like everything keeps pointing to me needing to have a place of my own.
