So... Christmas was good.

We spend Christmas day with my family at Mum and Dad's place. It was nice and relaxing. Just hubby and I, Mum and Dad, my brother Mitch and his girlfriend Jodi. Nice and quiet and relaxing. Nothing too hectic We ate alot, talked alot, opened gifts and then played Mario Kart on the Wii all afternoon, which has convinced me even more to get a Wii! I only want it for Mario Kart. Man, I love that game. Mitch and I used to spend HOURS on the N64 playing that. It brought back so many memories playing it on Christmas day. It was great

We spent boxing day with hubby's family. We played pool and air hockey, ate lots of food, opened pressies and then took their dog down to the dog park for a bit of a run. Again, ncie and relaxing

The only thing that was missing.... Parpy This was our first Christmas without him. To think he was alive just 6 months ago, blows my mind. And to think last Christmas, we were all together and he was well and happy. None of us knew at that time, that it was our last Christmas with him It was hard. I cried alot on Christmas eve night. Miss you Parp...

Nothing else to report really. It's been a quiet week. The boy is on holidays for a few days now, so we'll be staying at home, painting the house like crazy, trying to get it all finished before the New Years party that we are having. Only 3 rooms to go! Gotta make the house all fancy and pretty and freshly painted for Lula and Valkyrie and Sabrina
