I have been having a recurring issue with my health(this happens when one has a chronic disease), but I do seem to finally have a handle on it, so my health is finally... oh thank the gods finally, getting better. I am now in better shape then I was when I left the Navy, and I am not done yet.

I have a fitness goal of running from my house, to Case Mountain, up Case Mountain. rest 15 minutes at top, enjoying the view, and(oxford comma rocks) then running back. If I can do this... hot diggity damn will I be hot.
I do believe it is time to start a weekly fitness pic/journal so that i, as well as any friends i make on here, can keep track and keep me honest.

There might be weeks where I am unable to work out out due to the whole Crohn's thing, but medical issues should be limited and I will still do a weekly fit pic.
I do wish to become involved in marathon's and help fund raise for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation search for a cure, so every now and then starting this fall, I might beg for donations to help me in this endeavor.

Also, since I feel that there has not been enough humor(humour for you British/Canadian/Aussie types) and/or hotness in this post i feel obligated to mention the fact that Fernand - Snow White set is shudder worthy(in a good way) . Her eyes are quite amazing in a whole go swimming in them for a week type of way.
