Favorite bar in OC has definitely got to be Peppers Tavern {formerly known as Tavern by the Sea}! It's our second home. We just call it the Tavern or simply "The Tav". It's on 16th and the boardwalk. You and your gal should come down for some sun n' fun n' booze it up with us derelicts. Good times guaranteed.
