So here I am again. How many times does this shit have to happen before I can't keep it going anymore? Really wish I didn't have to be at work today. Feel the need to curl up into a ball for a while and ignore the world. I think I may have been a bit hasty giving up on therapy - I don't have the tools to cope with this happening to me again...
