Blaaarg... I think work broke my brain today. I was forced to sit beside my opposite number from a larger company today to help her reconcile invoices with our system. Essentially, I watched her screw around for 3 hours. She spent most of it reformatting excel sheets so that they were "easier to read". Even if I'd bothered with that, the whole thing would have taken me half an hour.
And this woman has been bugging me for weeks with this crap. Today I heard in passing that she makes mearly twice what I do.
Maybe its time to start looking for another job? I want to stay with the company I'm working for now. The people are great, the hours are flexible, and its a long-term, permanent position. Still, maybe next review, I'll ask for a raise...
