i need a woman who can fall for me while we watch "True Romance" together. it is rare to find someone who regards that as a romantic comedy.

i got drunk at the Lagoon [our local bitter artist and art rock bar and the favorite...

to answer the question of the bass... i got a fender precision, on which i did the following basdtardizations:

sanded down the back of the neck, so now the action is ten times smoother

stripped the finish off the body and stained it to give it that beat up wood grain look.

added an emg single coil J-bass pickup to the neck position to give...

not necessarily unique per se but the city in which i live is not a city. it isn't even a town, or suburb or, well, anything. it is interesting, howver that my mailing address is "golden" which is not even the nearest town to where i live. needless to say, i am a bit tired of explaining that to people but just can't seem to let "you must just LOVE coors" slide.
isobel:
where upstate?! how long are you gonna be here?! might i get to meet you??? biggrin

thanks so much for your feb post :child of the 80s" i can't stop laughing!!! it brought back a lot of memories.

when that show 1st started i wanted more than anything to be the first black smurfette. i mean that bitch had everything! her own mushroom house w/the flower garden. and a whole village full of men to choose from. well, except for vanity smurf that is. but then those damn little brats had to come along and ruin the whole scene. oh well.

and i will fully admit to owning; watching; idolizing; doing or wanting to do most of those things on that list. including wearing neon socks of various colors with my chucks. do you remember the chuck taylors that came up to mid-calf and came in the bright neon colors. and had the different color on the inside so you could fold them down? man, those were my favorite shoes in the whole world back then. bright sky blue w/bright banana yellow on the inside.

don't laugh you know you want me. smile

thanks for the flashback
i love you
