So yet here is another one of my pointless blogs. So I was getting dressed to go to they gym this evening and my roomie walks into my room to use my computer. She begins to laugh at how I am dressed to go to the gym for I am wearing green argyle socks along with my black Nike pants and a yellow long sleeve stretch workout shirt. Of course I have my black underarmor sports bra on that is two sizes too small (gotta keep the girls in place ya know!) and i am putting on my red athletic shoes. She is making fun of me because the socks look so out of place with the rest of the outfit. I laugh and agree, but don't care. Besides my pants are long, but really who in the hell is looking at my socks at the gym anyway! And if they are, I most certainly don't care. So i walk into the locker room and this cute little tiny chick is at the mirror with TWO bags of makeup out on the counter. I wash my hands and notice that she is wearing a push-up bra with her tank top. She goes about her business applying makeup and I notice that she doesn't look at all like she has completed her workout, for her hair is perfect and her clothing shoes no sign of sweat. Her skin isn't flush in anyway either. I go out and begin my cardio and notice that she too leaves the locker room and begins to workout! WHAT THE HELL? Who puts on makeup like that at the gym? And why? I go to a 24-hour gym, so at any given point in time, the number of people in there is quite low. The worst part was after less than 20 mins had pasted her and her friend left. So she did all that work and didn't even get a decent workout in! Guess she didn't want her mascara to smudge.
