Well I have another therapy appointment today. I am really glad I went last week, I don't know what I was so afraid of. I am not going back into individual therapy; I am just going for what she calls "booster sessions." The nice thing was her comfort that I am going through a normal period in my relationship. That did make me feel much better. I don't feel so stupid that he lied to me now. All this time I always though him lying to me (and me believing him) said so much negative things about me, but I doesn't, I couldn't have known. I do believe they were isolated lies, which is the reason that I haven't broken up with him; well that plus I love him. I think mysweetisrael was right, you don't need complete trust, it is good to evaluate things.

Therapy has really helped me. I've been in therapy for a little over two years now. It just helps me find balance in my life. I am glad you found someone that you can trust and talk to. Take care. I hope you are doing well.
