Well happy 4th of July to all. I used to love this holiday as a kid. I spent most of my summers with my grandparents and my aunt and uncle, so I would go see fireworks with them. It was great. I miss my cousins. This year I will celebrate by working my ass off. I have to basically walk to work bc they will not let us park anywhere near work. I have to go in super early to ensure everything is ready for our hell of a night. 4th of July is the Fish House's biggest day of the year. This year we even have put in something like 20 extra tables total, including the upper deck, which isn't set up to be a restaurant. Oh well, what else do I have to do? I feel so alone; guess that is my holiday now. All I want to do is sleep. So why not put my worthless ass to work and at least make some use of my time. At least I will have a great view of the fireworks at work!
