Well guess what?! I am a server once again! I got the job at the Fish House, which I am still nervous about. They are so menu and beverage intensive that I will really have to work. It isn't like workings back at the Pub were nothing changes, and I can do my job on Auto Pilot. Nope, at the new place they have five specials a week that you must have memorized and are tested on before your shift. Things also change based upon what fish they are catching. I haven't ever worked in a seafood restaurant, so I know it will be different. They are one of the best places to eat in pcola, and the avg check per guest is 26 to 33 dollars. So I am looking at at least a 50 check per couple, very nice! I must say I am a bit sad to go back to the terrible world of serving, but hey why not, I am damn good at it, plus I can make the money I need, which Target isn't doing for me. I think I might not be able to keep my job at target, esp. because I can get overtime at the Fish House. That way I can just work one job 60 hours a week and walk home with at least 700 to 800 a week, which is what some months I have made a Target. I am so happy that Hugh has such confidence in me; I know he always loved me when we worked together before.
