so it seems on my car that my new oil pump was splitting at the seams and leaking like crazy. i called moss motors about that and they did a recall on those pumps for that reason and they don't know when new and improved ones will be available. gonna slap the still good 40 year old one on there and motor down the road. at least the fuck up wasn't something i did.

Wow that sucks. Hope the oil didn't get into anything else. I had an oil leak... the oil got into other parts and messed them up. can't remember what parts though.
