so i just fell half asleep again and had another crazy sleep paralysis dream. i saw another demon. it was in the form of a dog this time.

YES they are horrible!i realized i only get them if i take a nap during the day. i think its because i never fall into a deep sleep. so my solution is to never take a nap...
