fellow bike rider beware of tired legs and smelling like alcohol ...
i rode my bitchin new mt bike yesterday at the park for like an hour and a half. so my legs were extremely tired. after that i went out to drink with my cousins. on my way home i got pulled over. the cop made me do the standard field test. my balance was horrible be cause my legs were so tired. so he ends up putting me in handcuffs towing my car and taking me down town where he tells me to take a breathalyzer. the legal limit is 0.08. i pass with a 0.029. the cop looks at me befuddled. my legs were tired so my balance was horrible. i feel like i'm the luckiest person ever. no ticket no dwi. he didnt notice the speeding ticket i never paid. he didnt say anything about my addr being different on my drivers license . so now i need to figure how i'm going to get my car back....
