(not today atleast)

Not very often do I find myself left speechless. All the new sets that have been going up recently are simply amazing. I have not got the right words to describe them other than beautiful and deliscious. Keep them coming my lovelies...keep them coming.

Do you think it is possible to be completely in love with someone and hate them at the same time?

Is it just two sides of the same coin? blackeyed
gotham2:
i'm certain that in this life anything is possible. and this feeling for sure. i find that those i love most are the most capable of hurting me, angering me, and just plain pissing me off. and when you adore someone so absolutely, their faults can seem unacceptable, like you can't stand it because you really want them to be perfect, and you hate the let down when you realize every now and then that they aren't. but i always find comfort in knowing that others most likely feel the same way about me.

and yet (on goes the rambling, sorry...) i don't think that this is the way it must be (the afore mentioned 'coin'). i think that some people probably don't experience this yin-yang effect and that doesn't reflect any more or less on the level of loving/hating. it's just a different experience.
but don't you find a little bit of hating can be just a little bit more fun?
take care, hope all is being enjoyed!
LOVE GOTHAM

Ahh what a difference good lighting makes.

The slides that I was so concerned about are actually ok. When I first looked at them I freaked a little because they were way too warm. (Orangish, reddish tinted) However a small trip to the photo store and the purchase of a small light box with good lighting has squashed those fears. The small handheld lighted slide...

Went out to the Tampa Bay Brewing Company for Stacie's birthday/SGFL event. Had a good time even though I was probably a little anti-social. Sorry guys...it was just one of those nights. Had a good time hanging at the bar with Kattaryna and Barbie.

I am getting the slides back today from a shoot that I did last week...I am concerned, but then again I...

Can I live without making my art? For some reason I don't think I want to try. Gotta figure out how to do it with little or no money, Not going to be easy.

Beauty demands a sacrifice of us all I suppose. This will be my time.

I guess I should learn not to get my hopes up to high anymore. Looks like I will be thinking about a second job for the weekends soon. Not like the 55 hours a week I already do isn't enough. Hell doesn't everybody want to work 7 days a week? mad

Just kinda getting alot of hopes and dream dashed on the rocks it seems. So...

well the botched shots will be only a few of the 10, but
it's some out of the fed-5c that i liked because you see
part of the negative, and i'm worried that the zoom+crop
will screw that up. luckily the main 2 prints that someone
had been bugging be for.. for like 6 months (sad they had
to bug me that long, but i'm slow wink, were straight from my
digital so the actual sizing of the shot should be fine and
not have any or much changing done to it.

havne't used the peel apart film before, but had read
alot about it and even have a few mini-books i downlaoded
as pdfs.. just figured it'd be fun, and i helped my sister's
boyfriend move into a new house and the lady who sold
it to him left some crap in a garage, one of which was
a 600 series camera.. so figured that'll be fun to try..
something to do on my nearly week off between jobs..

yeah rigos is fine. just tried it a week or so ago when
i had some folks in from out of town, glad it was decent
since i dragged guests along for the experiment.. plus
i tbeing like only 3 miles from my place makes it nice
and conveinent..... but yeah lemme know!

I'm still here...just kinda taking a breather.

Having a long lunch on Tuesday to go look at someone's property for an outdoor shoot. Nice and private and secluded. AND it belongs to some fellow artists so they are totally cool with shooting nudes and the like on their land. I cannot wait to see it. Thinking woodland nymphs and such for a possible theme...depends on...

Gotta sort through all my stuff to see what to put in the yard sale my folks are having next weekend.

When's the last time you cleaned your house from top to bottom and sorted out all your stuff?

Cameras and stuff will go on Ebay if I decide I want to sell some, but everything else will hit the tables for a buck or...

It's funny how even the most innocent of gatherings can become so political and frustrating when people are involved.
I went to my P.M.S. meeting this past Sunday. For those of you playing along at home, PMS stands for Pagan Men's Society. We were supposed to be discussing arrangements for festivals and rituals that are coming up, which we did. But it seems that things...

I did something today that I have not done in many years...I shaved off my mustache. I look completely different without it. Melissa hates this look with a passion. smile I think it's not too bad. i'll have to post a pic of me with it first. I always have my head shaved completely, but I have never gone without the mustache. We'll see, but I...

it's actually a fed 5c, not the b.. but only diff is the C has
a light meter on it.. same past that.. but i don't think the
B comes in such a disgusting (but cool at same time) orangeish redish color!!

curious, do yo use any local photo shops in TPA that will
just develop the film?..

also the "hard nights work" shot or whatever rocks btw.
love the shades + focus (or semi lack there of?).... you
should have fu nw/ the holga!!

i'm really starting to contemplate another holga to get
really wacky w/ on some modifications. there are some
crazy crazy peeps out there.. pretty much all the stuff
that the holgamod dude does is available in instructions
online

visual facial change is always a huge adjustment...but i find it's good every now and then. keeps people guessing.
